1. Daily Usage Limit

• A daily limit of 150 kilometers is allowed.

• Any usage beyond the limit will incur additional charges:

  • ₹4/km for Scooters

  • ₹5/km for Motorbikes

2. Fuel Policy

• Fuel is not included in the rental cost.

• The renter is responsible for fuel expenses during the rental period.

3. Minimum Rental Duration

• The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

• Late returns will attract extra charges on an hourly or daily basis, depending on the delay.

4. Valid Documents Required

• The renter must present:

  • A valid original driving license

  • A valid ID proof at the time of pickup

5. Late Return Policy

• Returning the vehicle later than the agreed time will result in additional hourly or daily rental charges.

6. Damage Policy

• Any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period will be chargeable as per actual repair costs.

• The security deposit will be used to cover such damages if applicable.

7. Helmet Policy

• One helmet is provided per booking.

• Additional helmets are available on request.

• 2 complimentary helmets and 1 raincoat will be provided upon request.

8. GST Inclusion

• All rental prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

9. Age & License Restrictions

• For vehicles below 150cc: Renter must hold a valid driver’s license.

• For bikes above 150cc: Renter must be 21 years or older.

• For bikes above 350cc: Renter must be 23 years or older.

10. Payment Terms

• Full rental payment is required in advance.

• A refundable security deposit is also required as follows:

  • ₹3,000 for vehicles below 150cc

  • ₹5,000 for vehicles above 150cc

  • ₹8,000 for vehicles above 350cc

• The deposit will be refunded at the time of vehicle return, subject to no damage.
